Saturday, September 17 - Depart new York City past the Statue of Liberty.
“I’ll be hosting a welcome reception
tonight! Mingle with the other participants at a friendly soiree.”
Sunday, September 18 - Boston, MA.
In the morning enjoy my class called “Stretching
With a Chair”.
You’ll learn
creative ways to release tension and playfully enhance comfort.
Afterwards you
will have from 1:30 - 10:00 PM to explore the port.
Monday, September 19 - Portland, ME.
This is a wonderful city filled with interesting shops, restaurants and sites.
Explore this port from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Tuesday, September 20 - Fun Day at Sea.
This morning class will feature “Foot Massage
and a Pencil”.
You’ll experience
effective techniques for balancing energy through your entire body using an eraser
and a refex map of the feet!
The afternoon class features “One Sock, Two Tennis
Balls & a Comfortable Back”.
At the end of the day, I’ll be offering a CD and DVD signing for “Mindful Meditation” and “YOGAntics”!
There’s a photo session as well if you’d like a personalized souvenier of the
cruise.
Wednesday, September 21 - Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Set foot on dry land - all day if you like!
You’ll have access to Sydney
from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
Thursday, September 22 - Halifax, Nova Scotia
Explore and play in this port from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Friday, September 23 - Fun Day at Sea.
Time to soothe those muscles after two days of land adventure! Today
features a combination of body centering and muscle release using common household
props.
We’ll begin with “Zen, Muscles and a Rolling
Pin”.
Later we’ll enjoy “Sitting
Up With Straps & Lying Down With Towels”.
Saturday, September 24 - A Graceful Ending
Breakfast on the ship, disembark in New York City and motorcoach home.
